Getting Started
How do I get started with Nexafone?
Contact our sales team to set up your account. Once provisioned, admins can configure CX-Flows, campaigns, users, and skills from the admin portal. Agents log in to Engage Desk via the browser.
What roles are available in Nexafone?
Nexafone supports Super Admin (platform-wide), Admin/Client (full account setup), Supervisor (live monitoring and reports), and Agent (workspace and dialing). Custom roles with granular CRUD permissions are also supported.
Do agents need a desk phone?
No. Nexafone includes a WebRTC softphone built into Engage Desk — agents and supervisors can make and receive calls directly in the browser.
Platform Features
What outbound dialer modes are supported?
Nexafone supports Progressive, Predictive, Preview, Voice Blast, and Inbound-only campaign modes with skill-based routing, retry rules, scheduling, and agent scripts.
Can I design IVR flows without coding?
Yes. CX-Flows is a drag-and-drop call journey designer with nodes for Play, Say (TTS), Dynamic Audio, IVR menus, conditions, queues, API requests, WhatsApp, and more. It includes a flow debugger with live event tracing.
Does Nexafone support WhatsApp?
Yes. You can manage WhatsApp sender numbers, create templates, run bulk outbound campaigns, and trigger WhatsApp actions from voice journeys in CX-Flows.
API & Integrations
How do I integrate with the Voice CPaaS API?
Generate API credentials in Settings → API Client, obtain an access token, and use the REST Voice API to initiate calls with chained verbs (Dial, Say, Play, Hangup). See our API reference for payload examples.
Can I connect Nexafone to my CRM?
Yes. Use the REST Voice API for click-to-call and call control, webhooks for real-time events, or the API Request node inside CX-Flows for no-code HTTP lookups during live calls.
How do webhooks work?
Configure webhook URLs in your integration. Nexafone sends real-time events including call status updates, DTMF gather results, and transfer status to your endpoints.
Billing & Licensing
How does licensing work?
Nexafone uses account-level licensing with configurable caps on admins, supervisors, agents, active agents, concurrent calls, calls per second, and custom contact fields. Contact sales for details.
Is Nexafone multi-tenant?
Yes. Each client gets an isolated account with its own users, flows, campaigns, contacts, and configuration. Super Admin manages the platform and all tenants.
Do you offer custom pricing for enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise plans include custom licensing, dedicated support, SLA guarantees, and onboarding. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
